DESCRIPTION:Please join the Thompson Autism and Neurodevelopmental Center a
 t CHOC for our first Neurodevelopmental Conference focusing on transitioni
 ng from adolescence to young adult life. The presentations will center aro
 und the theme “Working Together to Expand Horizons.” The keynote prese
 ntation will feature residents and staff from Glennwood House of Laguna Be
 ach\, a residential apartment community that focuses on inclusion for adul
 ts with disabilities. The presentations during the conference will feature
  medical and transition experts addressing challenges and successes in the
  areas of housing\, employment\, and post-secondary education.\n\nREGISTER
  HERE\n\nContinental breakfast and lunch will be provided\, along with tim
 e for networking.\n\nThe conference center is fully accessible via elevato
 r and accessible parking is available close to the site. ASL interpreters
